Snowdrops are one of the first signs of life in gardens after the long winter months, flowering between January and March; they are a welcome assurance that the brighter days of spring are on their way! Also Daffodils have long been considered one of the signs that spring is just around the corner. Planted in autumn, they spend several months developing roots before the flowers bloom typically between February and May.
