All the guests had an interest in caring for people with dementia either personally, or professionally.
These sessions are so important and are run by volunteer Dementia Friends Champions who are trained and supported by Alzheimer’s Society. Each Information Session lasts around one hour, you will learn and understand more about dementia and how you can help to grow dementia friendly communities all over England and Wales.
The group were very appreciative of the information given by Belinda and the session was a great success, at the end they all agreed to become Dementia Friends!
