Our independent living apartments are perfect for the more self-sufficient elderly person who doesn't require a care package but would prefer to live with the safety and security of knowing someone is around to help, should they need it.
When choosing to live within the Wolfeton Manor grounds, you will have access to meals, housekeeping, laundry and social activities as well as our care. Plus, you will never be alone as our team and residents within the care home always welcome you in for as long as you wish to spend during the day.
While you may not be looking for too much care when living in one of our assisted living apartments, we will create a bespoke care plan that will guide our staff on the level of care and companionship you wish for or require. Therefore, you will benefit from our electronic care management system.
For many care homes, writing comprehensive care plans, keeping them up to date, and communicating with residents’ families can be time-consuming. As it is essential, we looked into how we can continue to provide our high level of care whilst ensuring all administration and care planning is kept up to date.
We use Person Centred Software, a fantastic electronic care management system, to alleviate pressure on care staff, make documenting care plans quicker and ensure all residents are safe, comfortable and happy.
Good CQC Inspection Report
Our most recent report from the Care Quality Commission awarded us an overall rating of Good, which we are all very proud of here at Wolfeton Manor.
The purpose of these inspections is to make sure health and social care services, such as our care home and independent living for seniors facilities, provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage them to continually improve.
Independent living for seniors doesn’t mean you have to be independent all the time and with every day-to-day task.
When living in one of our on-site apartments, you are invited to dine with our residents in our spacious dining room for all meals, or they can be brought to you to enjoy in your flat on trays.
