Respite and Day Care for individuals living in their own home in the Dorchester/Charminster area of Dorset is one of the most important services that we offer. As it is essential, we looked into how we can continue to provide our high level of care whilst ensuring all administration and care planning is kept up to date.
We use Person Centred Software, a fantastic electronic care management system to alleviate pressure on care staff, make documenting care plans quicker and ensure all residents are safe, comfortable and happy.
