Before staying at Wolfeton Manor in Dorset, one of the Management Team will come to visit you to discuss what support we can give you, and the support you feel that you need to maintain or improve your quality of life. We will then agree a care plan that is tailored to your individual needs. When living at Wolfeton Manor you will have your own dedicated Team Leader that will oversee all aspects of your support.
We will invite you (and your family if you wish) to actively contribute to your support plan on a regular basis, enabling you to continue to make decisions about your life.
For many care homes, writing comprehensive care plans, keeping them up to date, and communicated with residents’ families can be a time consuming task for care staff. As it is essential, we looked into how we can continue to provide our high level of care whilst ensuring all administration and care planning is kept up to date.
We use Person Centred Software, a fantastic electronic care management system to alleviate pressure on care staff, make documenting care plans quicker and ensure all residents are safe, comfortable and happy.
